  • If you are a private (eg: you have purchased Electrolux products for your home or company installation), please contact the installer who has installed your Electrolux products.

What documents do I need?

  • Please contact the installer and provide the model and serial number of your Electrolux product.
  • Pictures and/or a brief description of the problem will surely be useful.
