Solar Solutions and Solplanet Join Forces to Bring Trusted Home Energy Storage Solutions to Europe Under Premium Consumer Brands
Rothenthurm, Switzerland | Shanghai, China, 07. May 2025 – Solar Solutions, a leading provider of renewable energy systems with world-class brands AEG, Electrolux and Duracell under license, and AISWEI/Solplanet, a top-tier manufacturer of photovoltaic inverters and battery storage systems, are pleased to announce a strategic partnership aimed at delivering branded residential energy storage solutions across Europe.The collaboration leverages the brand and marketing expertise of Solar Solutions, the strong consumer appeal of world-class domestic brands AEG, Electrolux and Duracell – with Solplanet’s reliable and easy-to-use inverter and energy storage technology. The cooperation will start with the production of hybrid inverters and stackable battery systems. These will be introduced for the three brands with a market-specific approach: AEG (Netherlands and Germany), Electrolux (Sweden), and Duracell Solar Solutions (pan-European focus).
